Access Statement.

The property’s approach is via tarmac driveway which offers immediate access to the front door of the property via a short level walkway. There is also level access to the rear of the property via two separate side gates and the rear patio doors of the house. There is a low step up to the patio doors which provide access into the kitchen dining area. 

The front door leads into the ground floor of the property. There is a hallway that provides access to a ground floor WC and basin, the lounge of the property and the kitchen / dining area (which also provides rear access to a garden and BBQ area). As previously mentioned there is a short step down to the Patio / BBQ area. The lounge is also accessible via a double door opening from the Kitchen Dining area.

The garden and patio area offer a secure environment when both gates are shut with timber fencing and walled areas.
